I hope you are all enjoying your Memorial Day weekend. Since this is the unofficial start of the summer season, I thought I would create a summer theme card for you.
I used the new Postage Set Die to cut a muslin layer and a watercolor paper layer for my card. Using the Postage Set Stencil, I placed the stencil over the watercolor paper and inked with Broken China Distress Ink through the stencil. Keeping the stencil in place mist lightly with water. Die cut the Swimming Seahorses, Seaside Treasures and a rectangle layer from watercolor paper and color using various distress inks. Using gold metallic paper, die cut the Sketchy Rings. Once your card is assembled, stamp the word Celebrate and emboss with gold embossing powder.
