Good Morning Crafty Friends,
There are bunnies on the scene today welcoming the early signs of glorious Spring.
Here in San Diego our poor plants are throughly confused by recent drenching rain and wild winds immediately followed by temps in the high 80's. The fruit trees and roses are budding already. This should be interesting come April or so.
Anyway, these little bunnies are happily romping through the high grasses amidst the Spring flowers.
I double layered the tall pasture grass and tucked the bunnies and flowers into place. All the coloring on this card was done with my Prismacolor pencils--mostly pastel shades. It's a wonder I stayed in the lines since I was coloring while watching the political process on TV--whew!
These balloons seem to be caught up in a nice breeze and the strings attached can be simply drawn with a fine line black marker.
A few freshly picked carrots and these two are having a great day---hope you are having a great day too!
