Cut Airin Bird Background from watercolor paper and paint it with the Peerless Watercolors in bright, contrasting shades. No subtle, blended colors here - we want bold splotches of bright turquoises, purples and blues to contrast with the delicate Airin Bird cut from white cardstock. Layer the two diecuts and attach foam dots behind the background.
Cut wisteria cardstock, wisteria vellum and turquoise (it looks blue-er here) vellum with the Ric Rac Ribbons Here's a tip - leave some space between the dies and you'll end up with a bonus strip of ric rac. It won't have the grosgrain texture of the real diecuts because it's the negative, but it'll be a nice contrast to the other pieces.
Cut the 2-⅛" x 3-⅛" Stitched Rectangle Layer from wisteria cardstock. Attach the pieces to a top-folded 5.5" square card of white cardstock - place the wisteria strips behind the rectangle and the turquoise strip on the rectangle. Attach purple and iridescent lavender sequins.
