Good Morning Crafty Friends,

Welcome to Day Four of the Memory Box Spring Blog Blitz!  Our team has shared some awesome cards and there's more to come!  Be sure to check in each day for your daily dose of inspiration.

Today's card features the Silver Springs Butterfly and the Thank You Tiles dies.  I've watercolored the butterflies in vibrant colors so if you need a morning wake up, this should do it!  Wow, the colors really popped on the black background, don't you think?

Thank you

Starting off,  I die cut the Sterling Springs Butterfly die from white card stock and watercolored both butterflies with my Kuretake paints.  You can use any form of watercolors you wish...Peerless, tube, cake, crayon or pencil colors.  I was careful to outline the butterfly wings, where they attach to the vertical border, with my watercolor brush to clearly define the wing shape. I also added the butterfly bodies from another die set, #99098 Leavenworth Butterfly Trio.

The Thank You Tiles are really fun to work with as you get both the positive and negative letters---so I used them both!  A T-ruler helped to align the letters vertically and horizontally.  The letters really stand out because of the black card base peeking through.

Both of the dies featured today are "must haves" but if you would like a chance to win the Silver Springs Butterfly Die, leave a comment on this post by Sunday, April 17th at 11:59 pm EST for your chance to win. Prize winners will be announced on the Outside the Box blog on Monday, April 18th.  Crossing my fingers for you!

Thanks for stopping by, be sure to join in the fun everyday for more of the new release!
