The beautiful delicate Millbrook Ornament sparkles over a watercolored Classic Ornament on a unique card in winter's jewel tones.  Add silver Zippy Dots and glittery aqua accents for a cool winter wishes-theme.  Hello, Jean Okimoto here, with a contemporary design for you this evening.

See that streaky purplish background?  It started out as a scrap of watercolor paper used for a color test.  I love how it dried - and thought it would be a pretty background for the Millbrook Ornament.   MemoryBoxMillbrookOrnament-MemoryBoxClassicOrnament-MemoryBoxOpenStudioMakingSpiritsBrightStamps-MemoryBoxOpenStudioPinpointRectangleLayers-MemoryBoxHoneycombBackground-JeanOkimoto-ImagineCrafts-watercolors

Press an Imagine Crafts Blue Breeze Kaleidacolor inkpad across a large acrylic block to transfer the multi-colored inks.  Cut a 2-½" x 3-½" Pinpoint Rectangle Layer from watercolor.  Paint it with streaks of purple, then dry the ink.   Stencil some Zippy Dots along the left edge with Silver Shimmer Delicata.

Paint watercolor paper with overlapping layers of the Blue Breeze colors.  Dry it and cut it with the Classic Ornament.

Cut Millbrook Ornament and the extra ornament cap from silver mirror cardstock.

Stamp the greeting - from the Open Studio Making Spirits Bright Clear Stamp Set - on a scrap of watercolored paper with Victorian Violet Brilliance.  Dry the ink.  Cut it with the smallest Pinpoint Rectangle.

Attach Scor-Tape behind aqua glitter cardstock and cut a sheet of self-adhesive  hexagons with the Honeycomb Background.  It's a quick, easy way to create unique accents with something you already have in your stash.

Attach everything to a top-folded 5-½" square card of snapdragon cardstock - use foam dots for the greeting.  Make it extra-special and more dimensional with double-layered glittered hexagons.  Living on the edge!
