Jotted-birthday

Hi Memory Box friends. Penny here today showcasing the Rose Bloom Collage die cut. Don't you just love all the shading on the flower and leaves?

Let me show you how I did it:

As always, start with a White cardstock base measuring 4.25 x 5.50 inches. Cut a Red and Green panel the same size as base, then cut on the diagonal and adhere opposite colors to base.

Take a large piece of watercolor paper and sprinkle one end with Lindy's Magicals Rudolph's Nose Red and the other end with Frosty Forest Green. Spritz with water and let dry.

(if you look closely at the photo above you can see my white card front panel was sitting too closely when I spritzed the water and it sprayed a bit of color along the left side of my card front...oops!)

Now die cut the Rose Bloom Collage from each end of the watercolored paper. SAVE the center section between your two die cuts. It is going to be the focus of my card next week. :)

Trim White card stock just a bit smaller than card front. Die cut with Rose Bloom Collage and adhere to front panel. Adhere tiny watercolored pieces back into their respective holes.

Only glue one end of the leaves and lift the other end for dimension.

Die cut Birthday Jotted Script from White cardstock. Adhere to card front as shown.

Add Crystal drops as desired.

Make sure to check back next Sunday to see what I created with the leftover center section of my watercolored paper.

Happy Crafting,

Pennysignature
