Hello friends. Penny here today with a fun and elegant card using some of the newest goodies from Memory Box. It's a shiny time of year and Holiday cards need a little something, something...don't you think?
Let me show you:
I always start with a White cardstock base, then start adding from there.
Add Red Metallic cardstock to base. Then a small narrow strip of White cardstock is stamped with Typewriter Holiday Elements, heat embossed and inked with Spectrum Noir Red Berry. Add this to the right side of the card front.
Cut White cardstock 4 x 5.5 inches. Make a 1 inch slit along the right side of card as shown. Fold from the slit to both corners. Using a Red pen, make dashed lines.
Foiling is all the rage right now, and I couldn't be left out. I foiled a large scrap of White cardstock with the Gemini Foilpress, then die cut it with Poinsettia Circle Frame.
Cut the Poinsettia Circle in half and adhere to card front as shown.
Adhere Poinsettia, then make and adhere notched sentiment from the Bold Christmas Greetings set.
Happy Holiday Crafting,
