Today I want to share with you a card tht Laura Fisher, one of the teachers here at The Stamp Addict, taught in her card-a-palooza class.
She stamped the "Mercer Rose Background' (G1842), in Versamark on a white shimmer cardstock just bigger then the stamp, then she used green and pink mica powders and stippled them over the versamark which works as an adhesive for them. Next she wiped the whole thing off with a swifer wipe to pick up the excess powders. She then assembeled it on a pink shimmer card using pink and white shimmer matts under the image.
