Boy, did I have fun making this card! I was channeling my inner Suzz!! This is out of my comfort zone, the whole distress vintagey (is that a word?) look.
I was in the Pocono mountains having a girly crafting weekend and brought a plethora of Memory Box stamps, papers and dies with me to play with. I think I used them all on this card!
Using a stamp positioner I stamped blank ticket G1780 four times next to each other and cut out and scored and accordion folded. I distessed the card with antique linen stain from Ranger. Using distessed inks in peeled paint and bundled sage stamp leaf canopy F1430 throughout the card. Stamp parts of vintage dreams G1838 with distressed walnut stain ink on each panel. Die cut fancy blossoms 98312 with the new viola papers 10155. Adhere to card. Die cut meridian border 98134 with white card stock and distress with antique linen stain from Ranger. Adhere to card. Die cut nestled bird 817 sponge with inks in browns and red. Stamp sayings makes me smile B1765 and very best B1359. Embellish with pearls.
It seems like a bit of work but think of all the things you can do with the base of the Ticket accordion book.
