It's August already and we are looking into the face of Fall. I thought that if I made a Fall card the temperature would cool down....hot and humid here...how about you?
Notice anything new on this card? Yes! There are a few of the newest dies from the Holiday 2012 Collecition. I am especially excited about the alphabet dies--hope you like the sneak peek!
It's time for swirling leaves, pumpkins and cooler weather--I'm ready!
Simply die cut all the pieces and layer--I used several foam dots to raise the parts to different elevations.
After die cutting the great pumpkin use the left over scrap to create the shading effect. Take the "negative" opening, position it on the whole pumpkin and sponge Gingerbred Ink on the curved edges. Repeat this a few times to create the shading which gives the pumpkin dimension.
