Decorating the Tree

 
I have been wanting to color this adorable little snowman decorating his tree.  He looks so happy with his tree.

I like to change up the christmas colors and use some non-traditional colors.  The Enchanted and Jubilee papers provided such wonderful choices. The background paper is from the 12 x 12 jubilee paper called cherry picnic.

Recipe:

1. Cut card base from the Truffle cardstock 11" x 5 1/2". Score at 5 1/2".
2. Cut 5 1/4" x 4 3/4", 1" x 5 1/4" from Cherry PIcnic.
3. Cut 5 1/4" x 2 1/4" white cardstock. Stamp Elemental Damask C1390 using Adirondack Brights Citrus repeatedly.
4. Cut 5 1/2" Circle from white cardstock. Trim to fit half circle on front of card over Cherry Picnic background.
5. Stamp Elemental Damask C1390 repeatedly using Memento Summer Sky onto Circle.
6. Sponge light green dye ink over stamped background.
7. Cut 4" circle from white cardstock. Cut scalloped circle from Truffle cardstock.
8. Stamp Decorating the Tree E1398 using Memento Black Dye Ink onto circle.
9. Stamp Decorating the Tree on Pattern Paper from Enchanted 6 x 6 paper and cut out hat.
10. Color images  using Copics. (B00, C1, 00, E31, E33, E35, E37, YG05, YG06)
11. Decorate tree using 24 Karat pearls.  
12. Punch EK Success Border punch along front of card.
13. Attach small strip of PP inside card.
14. Attach circle to scallop circle.
15. Attach background PP to front of card.
16. Attach half circle to front of pattern paper.
17. Attach Strip of stamped image to front of circle and pattern paper.
18. Attach snowflake trim to edges of strip of paper.
19. Attach scalloped circle to front of card.
20. Stamp Merry Christmas B900 on white cardstock using Versafine Black Onyx. Punch out sentiment.
21. Sponge blue dye ink on punched sentiment.
22. Attach sentiment.
