I have been wanting to color this adorable little snowman decorating his tree. He looks so happy with his tree.
I like to change up the christmas colors and use some non-traditional colors. The Enchanted and Jubilee papers provided such wonderful choices. The background paper is from the 12 x 12 jubilee paper called cherry picnic.
Recipe:
- Cut card base from the Truffle cardstock 11" x 5 1/2". Score at 5 1/2".
- Cut 5 1/4" x 4 3/4", 1" x 5 1/4" from Cherry PIcnic.
- Cut 5 1/4" x 2 1/4" white cardstock. Stamp Elemental Damask C1390 using Adirondack Brights Citrus repeatedly.
- Cut 5 1/2" Circle from white cardstock. Trim to fit half circle on front of card over Cherry Picnic background.
- Stamp Elemental Damask C1390 repeatedly using Memento Summer Sky onto Circle.
- Sponge light green dye ink over stamped background.
- Cut 4" circle from white cardstock. Cut scalloped circle from Truffle cardstock.
- Stamp Decorating the Tree E1398 using Memento Black Dye Ink onto circle.
- Stamp Decorating the Tree on Pattern Paper from Enchanted 6 x 6 paper and cut out hat.
- Color images using Copics. (B00, C1, 00, E31, E33, E35, E37, YG05, YG06)
- Decorate tree using 24 Karat pearls.
- Punch EK Success Border punch along front of card.
- Attach small strip of PP inside card.
- Attach circle to scallop circle.
- Attach background PP to front of card.
- Attach half circle to front of pattern paper.
- Attach Strip of stamped image to front of circle and pattern paper.
- Attach snowflake trim to edges of strip of paper.
- Attach scalloped circle to front of card.
- Stamp Merry Christmas B900 on white cardstock using Versafine Black Onyx. Punch out sentiment.
- Sponge blue dye ink on punched sentiment.
- Attach sentiment.
