Christmas in the City

Good afternoon, Stampin' Sistahs!

Do you remember what it looks like when you peer out the window on a cold, foggy, snowy day at about twilight? I decided to try to evoke that memory in my card today with the help of Ranger Distress inks, foam applicator tools and a paintbrush.

I did a little masking to make a snow bank in the background, but I'm wondering if the card base should be a patterned paper - something with red, maybe? Or just a plain dark red cardstock? What do you think?
